Come and discover, in the center of the beautiful medieval city of Kaysersberg, this pretty Alsatian half-timbered house built in 1531 and classified 4****, completely renovated in 2015.

It is located in the heart of the old town, on the main street. You will find all the local shops within 500 meters (post office, bakery, tobacco shop, supermarket, butcher's shop, etc...)

A daily parking ticket is at your disposal in order to park a vehicle for free.

You will stay in a 5-room house, 3 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with private shower room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The house:
First floor:

An entrance, a bedroom of about 10m2 with a double bed (140×200) equipped with a private shower room with shower, sink, hair dryer and WC, as well as an Alsatian wardrobe.

On the second floor:

The living room. You will find in this room: a corner sofa, a coffee table, a television cabinet, a flat screen television, a DVD player, a stereo, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, a sideboard, documentation on activities and tourist sites in the region to discover.

You will be able to take advantage of the free Wifi connection.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, etc.).

The bathroom includes: 1 toilet, 1 bathtub, 1 sink with vanity unit, 1 mirror, 1 hair dryer.

On the second floor:
A hallway with portico and hangers.

A bedroom of 9m2 with 2 single beds (90×190), two bedside tables with lamps and a storage unit with locker.

A sleeping area of about 7m2 with 3 single beds (90×190), three bedside tables with lamps and a storage unit with locker.

Each bed is equipped with a sheet, two pillows per person and a comforter.

Beds will be made up on arrival. Sheets and towels will be at your disposal on site.

The cleaning at the end of your stay will be done at your departure.

Also at your disposal in the house and in common with another apartment, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
