The Colin'Othe gite is an old house from the 19th century renovated with old and ecological materials. With a surface area of 90 m², this charming accommodation has been fitted out to offer you peace and comfort. Its 2 rooms "Soleil de chaux" and "Orange boisée" are decorated in a warm atmosphere, particularly conducive to rest.

The cottage has a fully equipped American kitchen, opening on a large living room with fireplace. For moments of relaxation or family fun, enjoy the private courtyard of the house, and also access its large terrace. A relaxation area has been set up outside to meet around a barbecue or a dinner under the stars.

During your stay at La Colin'Othe, you can also conquer the Pays d'Othe and its surroundings. Many hiking trails are accessible within a few steps of the gite, and will offer you beautiful landscapes. Only 12 km away, the lake of Paisy-Cosdon also offers various activities such as swimming. For those who are fond of discovering new things, the medieval city of Troyes, located 20 minutes away from the B&B, offers picturesque and enriching walks. Along the way, you will surely come across champagne producers for authentic tasting experiences.

La Colin'Othe, gîte for 1 to 6 people, labeled "Tourism and handicaps" for motor, hearing, visual and intellectual disabilities is located in the Pays d'Othe, a hilly region with rich landscapes and a remarkable heritage. 10 minutes from the A5 motorway (exit 20) and 20 minutes from Troyes, the medieval town with its half-timbered houses, its 9 listed churches and its manufacturers' stores.
Philippe will welcome you in his 92 m² gîte of character located in a 19th century building, entirely renovated with old and ecological materials. His two bedrooms (one of 14 m² for 2 persons and one of 27 m² with a double bed and two single beds) will seduce you with their lime paintings. Its large dining/living room with its old fireplace and its pellet stove will charm you. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator, LV and LL.
Independent entrance, terrace and private flowered courtyard with garden furniture, chiliennes and barbecue to relax in the nice days. A restored barn to shelter two vehicles.
