Champagne discovery and tasting day

If you want to discover the Champagne region through its wines and champagnes, get on board the Sparkling Tour mini-van and conquer the "Crus" villages for a day. Guided tours and tastings are on the agenda of this picturesque trip, which you can enjoy alone, as a couple or with your family.

Departure is at 9:30 a.m. from the Reims train station. To open the day, the Sparkling Tour guide will take you to the first "Premier Cru" producer, where you will discover the famous "méthode champenoise". Then go to the village of Hautvillers, the Cradle of Champagne, to discover the mysteries of this sparkling drink. The visit of the Saint-Pierre abbey, which houses the tomb of Dom Pérignon, will share with you the fascinating history of its inventor. After this historical visit, the vast vineyards of Champagne will welcome you for a friendly and panoramic walk along its paths. A lunch at the "Bistronomique" restaurant in Épernay will conclude the morning.
