The Clairs Chênes estate is located in the heart of a rich biodiversity, dominated by a flora known as country. On 170 ha of farmland, it offers 2 ha of wooded area with truffle trees, such as oaks, cedars, black pines and birches. Guided by Orka, a truffle dog, enter this unique estate at the gates of the National Forest Park and go truffle hunting. You will discover in the company of experts the techniques of truffle digging. You will also learn how to extract truffles from the ground with the appropriate tools.

After the truffle hunting activity, Philippe and Isabelle invite you to their table to taste dishes specially dedicated to truffles. Your hosts will treat you with a generous meal concocted with your freshly picked truffle products, accompanied by a drink. But before, enjoy an aperitif of champagne and foie gras in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
