Gîte rental rates based on 2 people:
- 3 nights: €395
- 4 nights : €470
- 5 nights : €545
- 6 nights : €620
- 7 nights : € 695
- extra night : + 75 € per extra person
- per extra person per night is €5 more
In high season (July 1 to August 31), a supplement of €50 per booking is charged. In high season, the minimum booking period is 5 nights (instead of 3 nights).
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder at least 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A security deposit of €300 must be paid on arrival by cheque or before by bank transfer. Tourist tax: €0.90 per person per night.
For electric heating, a flat rate of 40kWh per night is included in the rental price. If more energy is consumed, 0.50€/kWh will be charged to the tenant and if possible deducted from the deposit.

Gîte - seasonal accommodation - quietly located on the heights of Xamontarupt (halfway between Epinal and Gérardmer) for 2 to 8 people.
Our gîte is a 125m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a kitchen and a very large living room. The bathroom, kitchen and toilet are all brand-new. From the living room, you have access to a large, partially covered terrace and a private garden. We speak fluent French, Dutch and English (and a little German).
