Muriel and Bruno will welcome you in a green setting where everything is brought together for a soothing stay.

The location of the gîte is also ideal for numerous tourist visits and, for champagne lovers, for following the Route du Champagne from village to village.

The studio comprises a large main room with a kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave oven with grill, espresso maker, a sleeping area with a 2 x 80 cm electric bed, a bathroom with shower and WC. Flat-screen TV and reversible air-conditioning.

Outside, a 16 m2 covered terrace, a 4000 m2 wooded park with direct access to the river.

A heated above-ground swimming pool, shared with a second gîte and available from May to September.

A Finnish bath heated to 37° is available on reservation, with water changed after each use.

Courtisols is located 12 km from Chalons en Champagne, close to the vineyards of Reims and Epernay, the Argonne, Lac du Der and the Aquarelle aquatic and sports center.
