What to do in Alsace during the summer evenings? How about a night party at the Alsace Ecomuseum. As the sun goes down, the village comes alive with laughter, music and song in August. Animations, games, encounters and many other surprises are on the program for a unique experience with family and friends.
At the Alsace Ecomuseum, the summer season is marked by particularly lively evenings. Garlands of light illuminate the village, and music fills it with a spirit of conviviality and festivity. A number of groups will be performing beautiful songs and orchestral masterpieces throughout the festival. La Camelote, Rock For Kids, Excalembour… There’s something for everyone.
Game stands and a Disney carousel will plunge you into a fun and playful atmosphere during the village fête. Grown-ups, for example, can enjoy a game of rifle shooting. Younger children can play duck fishing. And why not join in the fun on the bowling lanes, ring toss or chamboule-tout. You’re sure to have a great time with family and friends.
In the authentic setting of an old-fashioned funfair, you’ll also have the chance to meet a peddler, a country warden and an organ player, as well as a fortune-teller, a washerwoman and a gossip. Jugglers, fire-eaters and performers also wander through the village. Famous groups such as Art Themis and Tricoterie et Cie also take part.

Ecomusée d'Alsace
L'ÉCOMUSÉE D'ALSACE, A TRADITIONAL VILLAGE IN THE HEART OF NATURE
--
BUILDINGS & BIODIVERSITY
Today, the Ecomusée d'Alsace consists of a village of 80 buildings representative of Alsace at the beginning of the 20th century, all dismantled from their commune of origin and reassembled in the museum. Around the village, on an area of 97 hectares, you'll find 4 signposted trails to discover biodiversity, as well as agricultural areas in biological transition.
Be curious! Push open the door of each house to discover the treasures it contains: a converted interior, an exhibition, a craftsman's workshop or a stable with animals!

LABEL MUSÉE DE FRANCE
The Ecomusée d'Alsace boasts an exceptional collection of over 40,000 objects, reflecting the daily lives of Alsatians. When the museum was created in 1984, Alsatians became passionate about this adventure and began sending regular donations to the museum.

EVENTS ALL YEAR ROUND
