Established in Ribeauvillé since 1835, the BOTT family has been able to preserve and transmit its passion for wine from father to son for generations. Between unique terroirs, quality grape varieties and family know-how, the House expresses the personality of Alsace wines through authentic flavors.

During your visit, your host will lead you into the cellars of the House to share his family expertise, values and philosophy. You will learn about the winemaking techniques used in the elaboration of the vintages, which combine Alsatian traditions with more modern technologies to perfect the quality of the wines.

This immersive tour will also show you the evolution of the winemaker’s craft, from their 20th century winery to their modern winery. The process of using oak tuns and stainless steel tanks, as well as the intricacies of each step will also be shared with you.

At the end of the visit, you will have the opportunity to taste the fruits of this meticulous work through a tasting. The House will do you the honor of tasting 3 vintages of the domain, served and commented in the rules of the art.
