Discover Champagne and Rosé in our new Tasting Cellar!

Are you a champagne lover or enthusiast? How about discovering some new nuggets on an out-of-town getaway? Located 45 minutes from Troyes, Maison MOREL Père et fils invites you to taste 2 of its Champagnes, as well as a Rosé des Riceys wine, after a complete presentation of its cuvées. A pleasure to enjoy alone or to share.

Available every day from Monday to Saturday, this activity will take you to the only Champagne commune to boast 3 Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée (i.e. Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys). It’s also the largest wine-growing village in the entire region, with almost 900 hectares of vineyards.

As you pass through this family estate, which has been awarded the Vignobles & Découvertes label, you’ll discover an 18th-century mansion where one of the Morel family members – Pascal, Émilie or Liliane – will give youawarm welcome beforeshowingyouaroundtheir estate. Passionate about their craft, they’ll be delighted to talk to you about the specifics of their products and reveal their working methods.

As for the tasting, it will take place in a convivial atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to exchange ideas and share your impressions. So don’t hesitate to come and taste Champagne and Rosé des Riceys!
