Located in Wihr-au-Val, La Nouvelle Auberge welcomes you to a former coaching inn that has been transformed into a benchmark address for fine dining. Upstairs, a top-class restaurant has been fitted out for lovers of fine dining. Within its half-timbered walls, chef Bernard Leray and his brigade offer refined cuisine featuring fresh local produce. In his Plaisir menu, the chef proposes 3 plates of vegetables, meat and fish, concocted according to the seasons.
