Inspired by the artist, the culinary creations of Michelin-starred Chef Paul STRADNER are pure and colorful. Accompanied by excellent bottles of wine carefully selected by Head Sommelier Romain ILTIS (Meilleur Sommelier de France 2012 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015), each dish is concocted from fresh, seasonal produce. Products sourced from selected local producers. They’re sure to delight the palates of fine gourmets.
For dessert, Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel’s flora-inspired sweets will plunge you into the heart of the Northern Vosges. Here, nature isn’t just on your plate. It’s all around you.
In fact, the restaurant is set in 6 hectares of parkland, with views of hydrangea, birch, blue cedar, chestnut, oak, spruce and beech. Something to soothe your mind too.

The Villa René Lalique is open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays. The restaurant is closed for lunch on Wednesdays, but welcomes you back for dinner on Wednesday evenings.

The villa that René Lalique had built in 1920 has had a new destiny since September 2015.
