As a couple or with friends, treat yourself to a highly gastronomic menu. Come and sample the Terroir menu at Villa René Lalique. The 2 Michelin-starred restaurant is located in Wingen-sur-Moder, in northern Alsace.
Œuf parfait à la florentine, déclinaison de légumes, mini poireau… each dish on this menu is an ode to nature. And as its name suggests, it highlights the richness of Alsace’s terroir. Add to this a touch of creativity and audacity.
Paul STRADNER (who proudly succeeded his mentor Jean-Georges KLEIN) and his brigade, including Chef Sommelier Romain ILTIS – Meilleur Sommelier de France 2012 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 – join them in perfecting the food and wine pairings. The Villa René Lalique Terroir menu ends on a sweet note with the creations of Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel.
Set in the midst of nature, the restaurant designed by renowned Swiss architect Mario BOTTA takes the form of a glass case. Decorated in a sober, elegant style, punctuated by details reminiscent of the works of the famous master glassmaker, it contributes to the magic of the experience. An experience that promises to be unique, under the tutelage of Hervé SCHMITT, Restaurant Manager.

Villa René Lalique
The villa that René Lalique had built in 1920 has had a new destiny since September 2015. At the initiative of Silvio Denz, Chairman and CEO of Lalique, La Villa René Lalique is now the sumptuous setting for a five-star hotel and gourmet restaurant, awarded two stars in the MICHELIN guide in January 2016, just three months after its opening. A showcase for the know-how and expertise of the House of Lalique, Villa René Lalique offers six exclusive suites, whose decoration was entrusted to Lady Tina Green and Pietro Mingarelli, interior designers.
