Fancy an escape? The Strasbourg Planetarium, located in the Neustadt district of Strasbourg, offers you a unique adventure through the mysteries of the Universe. Dive into immersive shows that will take you among the stars, planets, and galaxies. An experience to discover at the Strasbourg Planetarium!
In this cultural district, the Strasbourg Planetarium shares space with museums and gardens. This immersive theater is dedicated to astronomy, with projections on a hemispherical dome. Thanks to a 15-meter diameter screen, inclined at 18°, a 360° projection, and an astronomical simulator, you will be fully immersed in space.
Take your boarding pass, go through the decompression airlock, and settle comfortably into your inclined seat. The experts at the Strasbourg Planetarium will guide you through the wonders of the Universe, thanks to a selection of films. Like an astronaut in zero gravity, you will explore space with family, friends, or fellow enthusiasts. Elevation, awe, and escapism guaranteed!
Several shows will be offered, such as Noisettes, GranPa & Zoé, and To the Conquest of Asteroids. These films are designed to appeal to all audiences, including people with reduced mobility. However, it is important to check age limits, as some may not be suitable for young children. Please note that the list of films may change.
The visit to the Strasbourg Planetarium includes audioguide headsets with translations in English or German, including image replacement text, as well as a magnetic induction loop system. To optimize organization, please arrive on-site 15 minutes before the start of the show.
