Do you like the idea of immersing yourself in nature and enjoying the moment, but aren’t so keen on giving up your comforts? Nutchel Forest Camp invites you to discover glamping (glamorous camping). Its 37 fully equipped wooden cabins are nestled in a beautiful green setting and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The Nutchel Classic Cabin for 6 people welcomes guests of all ages in a 34 m² space. Cramped, you might say? Not at all. The different areas are clearly defined, and every corner is put to good use. You’ll find cozy beds, private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace, and even a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
However, it’s important to note that the forest camp was designed with sustainability in mind. As a result, it lacks modern amenities. There’s no cell service or Wi-Fi. Electricity is kept to a minimum. Lighting is provided by candles and oil lamps. And to heat the cabin, you’ll need to build a fire in a wood-burning stove, just like in the good old days. There’s no doubt about it—you won’t find a better way to disconnect from everyday life… and from your smartphones.
To prepare delicious meals, you can stock up on supplies at the camp’s reception desk. You can also order breakfast and barbecue packages (featuring local products). Finally, it’s worth noting that pets are welcome. What could be better?

Nutchel Cosy Cabins
Set on 7 hectares of natural surroundings with breathtaking views of the Bruche Valley and the Vosges Mountains, Nutchel welcomes you year-round to one of the 37 cabins that make up this forest village in Alsace.
We do everything we can to offer you an experience that brings you back to a more authentic way of life and allows you to reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and nature. The intimate and cozy atmosphere of each cabin is created by candlelight and oil lamps, comfortable beds and seating, and wood-burning stove heating.
In addition to the relaxation offered by the peaceful surroundings or the Nordic baths in some cabins, our guests are invited to embark on micro-adventures through the region’s many hiking and biking trails, numerous outdoor games, and the estate’s creative activities.
