Le Coteau de l’Orme

In the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park, near the lakes, 20 minutes from downtown Troyes, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 highway, the “Le Coteau de l’Orme” vacation rental welcomes you for both leisure and business stays. Ideally located in a quiet setting, this outbuilding—adjacent to the owners’ home—has been renovated while preserving its historic charm (exposed stone walls and beams). To ensure everyone’s privacy, you’ll have a separate entrance and a private terrace.

The cottage features a living area on the ground floor with a lounge/TV area, dining area, and open kitchen. Upstairs, there is a relaxation area, a master suite (two 90×200 beds that can be joined to form one 180×200 bed) with a private bathroom, a connecting bedroom (two 90×200 beds that can be joined to form one 180×200 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Outside, you’ll have access to: patio furniture, lounge chairs, an electric grill, parking, and a tea station in a small wooden cabin where you can enjoy coffee or an aperitif.

Access to the 6-person hot tub is included upon reservation between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. year-round. The outdoor areas are fenced, and a children’s playground is available (under parental supervision). Heating, electricity, and beds made upon arrival are included in the price of your stay.
