Located in Le Breuil, Maison Pierre Mignon has been perpetuating a family heritage for five generations. Behind the gates of this charming estate, where tradition meets innovation, come and learn a little more about the world of oenology. Denis Garret, wine and Champagne expert, invites you to share his experiences through a tasting of 5 Champagnes. This will be accompanied by an assortment of cheeses, charcuterie and salmon. This will be an opportunity to taste a combination of flavors that will awaken your taste buds.

This 1h30 workshop will enable you to discover all the particularities of Pierre Mignon Champagnes. Initiated by the head sommelier, you’ll discover Champagnes with character, whose typicity and diversity reflect their different terroirs. The Héritage range, composed mainly of Meunier, the estate’s flagship grape variety, brings gourmandise and fruit. The gastronomic cuvées, combining elegance and finesse with Chardonnay from the region’s Grands Crus. And finally, the intensity and maturity of vintage Champagnes.
