    The Obernai Christmas market takes place every day from 27 November to 31 December 2026 at the following times:
    - 10.00 am to 8.00 pm from Sunday to Thursday
    - From 10.00 am to 9.00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays

    - From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 24 and 31 December 2026

    - Closed on 25 December 2026

    The Obernai Christmas market is best explored on foot in the historic centre, which is fully decked out for the occasion. The stalls are spread across several squares, accessible from the car parks or the station. Among these locations are Place Neher, dedicated to craftspeople and the craft brewery; Place du Marché around the belfry; Place de l’Étoile, also known as Place des Enfants, which offers entertainment and treats for the little ones, as well as Cour Athic, which hosts the world of G. Ratkoff. The magic is just as enchanting by day as it is in the evening, bathed in the glow of the festive lights.

    From Strasbourg, it takes about 30 minutes by TER to reach Obernai. The station is a 7-minute walk from the town centre. You can also take the free Pass’O bus (lines A and B) from Monday to Saturday, which runs between the station and the town centre. By car, there are several free car parks available on the outskirts of the town (Remparts, Rue Poincaré, Stade, Altau). The Sainte-Odile car park (paid) offers direct access to the heart of the festivities. On Saturdays and Sundays, a free Christmas shuttle bus is provided to make getting around easier.
