In partnership with the Alsatian winery BOTT Frères, this workshop invites you to explore the riches of the terroir in a new way, through a tasting experience as original as it is delicious.
For one hour, let us guide you through a sensory experience in which each pairing reveals all the finesse of the selected products. Three wine and chocolate pairings are proposed, carefully thought out to create a perfect balance between aromas, textures and intensity. With each tasting, the flavors respond and complement each other, offering a new and surprising interpretation of Alsace’s gastronomic heritage.
This workshop is also a time for exchange and discovery. Comments throughout the tasting will help you better understand the subtleties of wine pairings and the work of the winemaker. In a convivial atmosphere, you’ll share an accessible experience, ideal for couples, friends or family.
