Paul STRADNER (who proudly succeeded his mentor Jean-Georges KLEIN) and his brigade, including Chef Sommelier Romain ILTIS – Meilleur Sommelier de France 2012 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 – join them in perfecting the food and wine pairings. The Villa René Lalique Terroir menu ends on a sweet note with the creations of Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel.

Set in the midst of nature, the restaurant designed by renowned Swiss architect Mario BOTTA takes the form of a glass case. Decorated in a sober, elegant style, punctuated by details reminiscent of the works of the famous master glassmaker, it contributes to the magic of the experience.
