The game consists in matching aromas and flavors. To begin, a few vials of aromas will be presented on the table. Each participant will then have to smell their floral, fruity, spicy or woody scent. Then all that’s left to do is match the aroma and taste in a Champagne wine.

After this introduction to the aroma game, the house offers a commented tasting of 3 champagnes and 2 traditional ratafias.
