Holiday home L’Oustaou

Perched on the hills above Bar-sur-Aube, in the heart of the Champagne wine region, 10 km from Nigloland Amusement Park, come stay in this 1930s-style house located on a vineyard. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the forest and vineyards in a quiet, lush setting close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and more).

Ground floor: spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room; comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV; double bedroom (2 single beds, 90×200, which can be arranged as a double bed); bathroom with a walk-in shower; separate toilet. On the first floor: a landing with a reading nook; two bedrooms, each with two 90×200 beds that can be joined to form double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, and bath and household linens are included in the price of your stay. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Outside, you’ll have access to a parking space, a 1,000 m² property to share with the owners, outdoor furniture, a beach umbrella, and a barbecue.

The owner, a winemaker, will be happy to introduce you to her craft during a tour of the vineyard and a wine tasting. You’ll also have access to 2 electric bikes (rental: 50 € per day, 200 € per week; deposit: 1,300 €). Hybrid car charging fee: 3 € per charge.
