While in Nancy, treat yourself to a pleasant urban stroll as a couple, with friends or with the family at the Parc de Saurupt. Located in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, this modern garden city will plunge you into a unique universe that honors two artistic movements: Art Nouveau and Art Deco. A pure delight for the eyes!
Organized by La Madeleine, your cultural agency to visit Nancy and its region in a different way, this exciting activity will take you far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. For 1 hour and a half, you will discover an entire neighborhood that bears witness to the urban and architectural considerations of the Belle Époque, a neighborhood designed at the beginning of the 20th century by artists from the École de Nancy.
Walking through the Parc de Saurupt, which covers anarea of nearly 88 hectares, you will have the chance to admire some real architectural treasures, including the Loge du Concierge designed by the architects Emile André and Henri Gutton (and later enlarged by Joseph Hornecke), the Villa Les Glycines and the Villa des Roches, which were also designed by Emile André.
