Installée à Avize, au cœur de la Côte des Blancs, la Maison Champagne Waris-Hubert est une exploitation familiale où Stéphanie et Olivier Waris perpétuent avec passion un savoir-faire transmis de génération en génération.
Ils valorisent les prestigieux terroirs champenois, notamment plusieurs Grands Crus et Premiers Crus de la région, en élaborant des cuvées qui reflètent avec précision l’identité de chaque parcelle. La Maison, engagée dans une démarche respectueuse de l’environnement, est certifiée Agriculture Biologique depuis 2023.
La visite permet de découvrir l’histoire de la famille Waris-Hubert, les spécificités des terroirs champenois et les étapes d’élaboration du champagne, ainsi que les caves de la Maison. Elle se conclut par la dégustation de plusieurs cuvées emblématiques du style Waris-Hubert, reconnu pour sa finesse, sa pureté et son élégance.
