In the former Hôtel des Postes in the heart of the historic Neustadt district, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you'll find the new "Chère Amie" brasserie. Housed in the former postal sorting centre of this neo-Gothic building built between 1896 and 1899 by architects von Rechenberg and Hacke, the "Chère Amie" brasserie is subtly inspired by this past.
Chère Amie opens onto a floor area of around 800m², of which just under 500m² is dedicated to customers and comprises: a large 300m² dining room at the heart of the venue, under a triple glass roof; an adjoining 125m² space opening onto the inner courtyard; a 55m² annexe for seminars and private functions.
In total, Chère Amie will seat 210 diners, not including the 30 to 65 additional seats in the seminar area.

CHAMPAGNE Partial reopening in November 2023 and full reopening in April 2024 of the Musée d'Art Moderne in Troyes

Housed in the former episcopal palace, a listed historic monument adjacent to the cathedral and a 3-minute walk from the Aube Convention Centre, the Troyes Museum of Modern Art is home to the Pierre and Denise Lévy National Collections, which include works by Gustave Courbet, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, André Derain, Maurice Marinot, Robert Delaunay and Nicolas de Staël. After four years of renovation, the first act of the reopening (27 December 2022) will unveil a redesigned and enlarged visitor trail, a landscaped garden that can be reserved for private use, with a sculpture trail opening onto contemporary art, and new or renovated rental areas (100-seat auditorium and reception room).
