Kougelhopf or Bredele workshops
Open the door to a warm and welcoming workshop in Strasbourg and let yourself be carried away by the authentic flavors of Alsace. Behind a glass roof bathed in light, the magic happens: the cookie cutters cut out the stars, the dough takes shape in your hands, and the sweet scent of butter, cinnamon and vanilla wafts through the air. You’re at the heart of a living tradition, that of bredele and kougelhopf, sweet emblems of Alsatian gastronomy.
For almost 3 hours, you’ll discover every stage in the making of bredele or kougelhopf: shaping, baking, tasting… All your senses will be awakened. You knead the dough, watch it rise in the sculpted molds, feel the heat of the oven and taste the freshly baked treats. The workshop is a moment of transmission, rich in emotions and sharing.
Each participant leaves with his or her own creations, a recipe card for making them again at home, and a head full of gourmet memories. For the kougelhopf, whose dough has to rest overnight, special solutions are offered: leave with a ready-to-eat cake, or pick it up the next day.
This exclusive experience, in small groups of no more than 8 people, immerses you in the authenticity of Alsatian sweets. Perfect for food lovers, the curious or those who simply want to experience a warm and tasty moment.

The Kougelhopf workshop takes place on Fridays from 2pm to 4:30pm.
The Bredele workshop takes place on Saturday from 3pm to 5:30pm.
