Winegrowing workshop – Introduction to lifting/palissage

Discover the winegrower’s craft in a fun and friendly way, thanks to a participative workshop in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in Vincelles, a charming village just twenty minutes from Épernay, the capital of Champagne. The activity takes place in three stages. First, an introduction to the vine cycle and the essential tasks that punctuate the viticultural year. Then it’s time to get hands-on! In a vineyard plot, you’ll take part in a workshop on tying up and trellising, two essential gestures for supporting growth and structuring the vines. Finally, after the effort, it’s time for comfort, with a tasting of three champagnes directly in the vineyard, with your feet firmly on the soil that gave birth to them.
