This sensory kick-off is followed by a visit to Hautvillers, the village where the first champagne is said to have been produced. Known as the "Cradle of Champagne", this historic site will take you on a journey through winegrowing traditions and the legend of Dom Pérignon.

After this cultural tour of Hautvillers, find yourself in the middle of the vineyards to immortalize their beauty. This is the perfect opportunity to snap a few photos and ask the local winemakers a few questions.
