The villa Primerose offers high quality accommodation, labeled 4 keys by Clévacances. It offers 5 guest rooms and 1 fully equipped cottage. Ideally located in Arcis-sur-Aube, near many attractions, it is an ideal holiday rental for a family or romantic stay.
The guest rooms are spread over 3 levels in an old mansion. They benefit from a beautiful sunshine and a clear view on the surrounding landscapes. Each one offers an authentic charm and an original decoration of the 30s. Precious woods, moldings and fireplaces make up the decor. They are spacious and fully equipped, each with a large private bathroom. The largest, Troyes, Châlons and Reims, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, and possibly a baby. They are ideal for a family stay. Mailly and Mery are fitted out on a little less space and make it possible to build a true small cocoon the time of a escapade.
The villa also has an independent cottage. This one plunges into the belle époque spirit with its 19th century style. Nestled in the heart of the estate’s park, it allows you to admire the beauty of the Plaine de Champagne region. It can accommodate up to 12 people in its large space of 500 m². It is spread over two levels and includes 8 bedrooms, a large terrace, a green space with garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. In addition, the house does not lack anything to make the stay pleasant. Among other things, it has televisions, DVD players, a hi-fi system and a home cinema.
