AU P’TIT ARTISAN, renovated house with enclosed garden, located in a small village 10 min from Vertus (heart of the Champagne blanc de Blanc vineyards) 25 min from Épernay or Châlons-en-Champagne.
We welcome you to our little corner of the Marnaise countryside to discover our terroir, our fields and our vineyards for great rides with family or friends.
A friendly, family-run equestrian center is located in our village, offering rides and/or horse boarding, a 15-minute walk from our gîte.
Our village also has 3 vending machines: 2 for food products from local producers and one for fresh bread.
On the ground floor, the house comprises a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a lounge, a large shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, a landing leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, and 2 90 cm beds in the largest bedroom, for a total of 8 beds.
A plancha, pancake maker, waffle maker and panini maker are available on request.
The small garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and there is a large garden and a small communal woodland with children’s games.
On request, we can provide various outdoor games such as pétanque, badminton and Kubb….
