Committed to an eco-responsible approach, the establishment is certified European Ecolabel. It also offers a number of convivial spaces and services, including secure luggage storage, a tourist information point, a projection room and a games room.
Ciarus also boasts an on-site self-service restaurant, « Le Self Gourmet », a real place for sharing and indulging. Led by a brigade of 17 cooks, including 2 pastry chefs, the team sees cooking as a human and committed adventure. Every day, creative and eco-friendly dishes are prepared using seasonal produce, with an emphasis on homemade products and short distribution channels, in line with commitments linked to European Ecolabel certification.
Ciarus’ reception team is composed of trilingual professionals with a minimum command of French, German and English, to ensure that travelers receive the best possible welcome throughout their stay.
