Plunge into the heart of Pagnotine nature and contemplate the beauty of the starry sky! In the heart of a former orchard in Lorraine, between Nancy and Metz, you’ll enjoy a unique opportunity to observe the constellations. An unforgettable nocturnal experience, in the comfort of an unusual wooden greenhouse.

Take a seat in front of the telescope and let yourself be transported by the magic of the stars! With an Omegon Advanced X 152 DOB at your disposal, as well as other aids such as an astronomical laser, a sky map and explanatory books, you’ll be able to decipher the celestial mysteries, including stars, the moon, planets and even nebulae. If the weather’s not cooperating, you’ll still be able to spot nocturnal animals in the vicinity.

La Cabane du rêveur can accommodate up to 4 people, with a 160×200 bed and 2 90×200 beds. For your comfort, dry toilets and a 20-l solar shower are available. You’ll be provided with a Nature et Progrès-certified natural soap, and bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. You’ll enjoy an organic breakfast, with herbal tea, coffee, bread, juice, jam or honey, and mixed fruit, all made from local, organic produce.

Located in an organic farming area, the greenhouse is surrounded by naturally managed endemic medicinal plants. It enjoys a privileged location in the Parc Naturel Régional de Lorraine, offering numerous opportunities for discovery, including the bird trail and the orchid trail. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR5 is just 100 m from the property.

Access to the greenhouse is via a 600 m carriage road. Secure, video-surveilled parking is available at the top of the property from May to September. From the parking lot, it’s a short walk to the greenhouse. Bring your backpack and hiking boots.
