Free kayak course, Pierre la Treiche – Toul

How about an unusual outing along the canalised Moselle? Take a minibus to Pierre-la-Treiche. Then board a 1, 2 or 3-seater kayak, depending on availability. All equipment is provided.

TheALTCK Club proposes a 6 to 8 km trip, lasting an average of 2 hours on the Moselle. Alone, with family or friends, let the wind take you and paddle along the river, discovering the heritage of Toulon. Departing from Pierre-la-Treiche, you’ll discover the wonders of the town aboard a kayak. A mosaic of landscapes, combining historic townscapes and unique natural landscapes, will be revealed along this self-guided route.

You’re sure to marvel at the diversity of the local flora lining the river and its tributaries. Rushes, water lilies and reeds, among others, complete a palette of colors that will delight your eyes. Along the river, don’t miss the aquatic and terrestrial fauna and birds that make up Toul’s rich biodiversity!
