Beyond the picture-postcard landscapes, this 7-day loop from and to Strasbourg lets you explore the more unusual and little-known facets of Alsace, at your own pace and with no organizational constraints. – Day 2: Strasbourg – Sélestat area
– Day 3: Sélestat region – Colmar
– Day 4: Colmar – Guebwiller
– Day 5: Guebwiller – Riquewihr area
– Day 6: Riquewihr area – Obernai area
– Day 7: Obernai area – Strasbourg

On this moderately-difficult itinerary, you’ll cover an average of 40 km a day, mainly on cycle paths, tarmac farm tracks or small departmental roads with little road traffic. A few short climbs can be made more pleasant by renting electric bikes.
