Cueillette sauvage and Rehbach menu at the Alchémille restaurant

Go on an adventure with the « Cueillette sauvage » offer from the Alchémille restaurant in Kaysersberg, Alsace. Let yourself be tempted by a 2-hour foraging session in the wild with Jérôme, the restaurant’s founder.

This offer includes a foraging session, which changes according to the environment and the seasons, giving you a unique and authentic experience. This gift voucher is complemented by a tasting session of the Rehbach menu at the Achémille restaurant. Enjoy a stroll along 5 trails inspired by Chef Jérôme Jaegle. The menu features dishes concocted with fresh, seasonal produce picked from the restaurant’s market garden.

The gift voucher is valid from May to September, on selected Saturdays from 10am to 12pm, and is followed by lunch. It is also available on other days, for groups of 6 or more. (Dates, once chosen, can be viewed on the restaurant’s website).
