The Gingerbread Palace is open daily from February to December. Weekdays, opening hours are 9am to 12pm (last entrance at 11:30am) and 2pm to 6pm (last entrance at 5:30pm).
On Sundays and public holidays, the Palais opens from 10am to 12pm (last entry at 11:30am) and from 2pm to 6pm (last entry at 5:30pm).
The site is closed on December 25, January 1 and every year between early January and mid-February for the annual closure.
The factory is not open at weekends. However, explanatory panels and a video are available at all times to enable you to discover the manufacturing process.
