The Nordic baths will then welcome you with three individual baths at 36°C, followed by a 50°C steam room session in the Nordic grotto. Alternating between hot, cold, and rest periods, the thermal relaxation experience will then lead you to the forest sauna with an integrated shower. A relaxation session at 90 °C awaits you there, followed by a cold bath at 8 °C that is sure to wake you up.
