Start your journey with savory appetizers and hors d’oeuvres, before savoring a menu of starters, main courses and desserts in the colors of the terroir. Mignardises and homemade herbal chocolates round off this gentle gustatory escapade.
To delight your taste buds, the offer also includes drinks selected to match. On offer: an aperitif, two glasses of wine, an Innovo house water and a hot drink. An expressly varied palette to meet your every aspiration!
Created by Michelin-starred Chef Alexis Albrecht, Le Vieux Couvent’s cuisine is distinguished by inventive touches inspired by tradition. The Chef is passionate about exploring the spontaneity of modern gastronomy, while emphasizing the freshness of products. The family kitchen garden remains the restaurant’s official vegetable supplier. Nature’s wild herbs are also used to flavour fish and game dishes, resulting in a cuisine that is both generous and refined.

SARL AU VIEUX COUVENT
gastronomic restaurant located near the flowery banks of the Brunnwasser: On the plate, we enjoy the work of Alexis Albrecht, who has worked in the best restaurants (at the Crocodile, at the Pourcel brothers and at Jacques Maximin). His cuisine is generous and respectful of the seasons. He works with local producers such as the Coccinelle farm in Witternheim and the Riedwasen farm in Sélestat. Thus, the fish of the Rhine and the game of the Ried are at home here... without forgetting the numerous vegetables and other aromatic herbs of the family garden that he cultivates with his father and that nature gives us.
