Stéphanie from Champagne Olivier Lassaigne is on hand to share her family’s expertise and show you around her modern winery. Located 10 km from Troyes train station, this estate opens its doors to you for a magical wine tourism experience in the heart of the village of Montgueux.

Stéphanie and Olivier Lassaigne are seasoned winegrowers who respect the environment and practice integrated viticulture to preserve nature and wildlife. Their vineyards are located on the hillside of Montgueux, where Chardonnay is king.

It is from this grape that the famous and delicious Olivier Lassaigne Champagnes are made. La Maison offers a wine tourism experience that will tantalize your taste buds. It’s a one- or two-hour activity for 2 to 20 people aged 18 and over.

You’ll start with a guided tour of the cellar, where you’ll learn the secrets of Olivier Lassaigne champagnes. On site, you’ll discover the treasures for which the winery is renowned, such as Champagne Prestige, Champagne Rosé de saignée and Champagne Cuvée Bois.
