Family bivouac at Lac Blanc: a night of adventure under the stars

Accompanied by Nathanaël, a passionate mountain guide, you set off from Lac Blanc on a gentle, accessible adventure, ideal for discovering the pleasures of bivouacking in the heart of nature. Between a hike, a convivial evening and a night under the stars, this stay invites you to slow down and experience an authentic moment in the heart of the Vosges environment.

The first day starts at 2pm from the Lac Blanc parking lot. After introductions, you’ll set off on an accessible 4 km walk through mountain scenery. The pace is deliberately adapted to families, so you can take full advantage of the panoramic views, observe the wildlife and discover the natural riches of the Vosges. Once you’ve arrived at your bivouac site, everyone helps to set up camp in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. In the evening, share a generous trapper’s meal before enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains and observing the starry skies far from light pollution.

After a night in a bivouac in the heart of nature, wake up to a peaceful view of the Vosges landscape. The second day begins with an open-air breakfast, followed by a time of discussion about the bivouac and life in the mountains. A short 2 km hike then takes us to Lac Blanc, where we return at around 11am. Throughout the trip, Nathanaël shares his experience and teaches participants about respect for nature and good mountain practices.
