Located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from Reichshoffen train station, La Renardière is an 18th-century house surrounded by a flower-filled garden, making it the ideal starting point for hikes in the Vosges region, which is classified as a regional nature park and world biosphere reserve. When you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed by Evelyne Fuchs, the owner, who will be delighted to tell you all about places to visit and things to do in the area.

Each of the two suites can accommodate two people in absolute comfort. They are spacious, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated in vintage style. What's more, they both offer beautiful views. On the second floor, the Suite du Renard overlooks the Schwarzbach river and a small natural island (in the distance, you can see historic monuments such as the Moulin seigneurial, the medieval tower and the Maison des Tanneurs). On the second floor, the Au bord de l'eau suite overlooks the island and terrace (please note: this suite is not accessible to young children or people with mobility problems).

In fine weather, breakfast - copious and gourmet - is served on a romantic terrace. Jams, chocolate, dairy products, cheeses, fruit, pastries... all these delights are organic. And anything not homemade is sourced from local suppliers and stores. The same goes for dinner, which your host can prepare once or twice a week (especially on Tuesdays when most nearby restaurants are closed). And be sure to order his tarte flambée: it's to die for!
