Located in Plombières-les-Bains, in a historic building, come and discover the Esprit Cabane room, on the 1st floor of the house.
This room can accommodate 2 to 5 people, with a total surface area of 30m2.
Entirely redesigned in the spirit of a cabin, it features natural lime plaster, floating wood parquet flooring and travertine bathroom tiles for a spa-like effect.
The upstairs cabin is made entirely of wood, from floor to ceiling, including the beds!
You can also take advantage of the living net for a well-deserved moment of relaxation.
With a view of the forest, you’ll be able to hear the birds singing in the early morning.
The view from the cabin takes in the expanse of the grounds and the view of the Belvedere, all in the heart of nature!

Composition of the complete meal:
Complimentary house aperitif, coffee and tea. Wine, beer or other alcoholic beverages consumed at the table will be billed extra.
A single menu will be proposed, composed essentially of local, homemade products, respecting as far as possible the seasonal nature of the products.

Starter: Val d’Ajol andouille pie or smoked trout cheesecake, trout rilettes
Main course: trout fillet, rice pilaf or stuffed pig’s trotters, pomme paille, or chicken ballotine with luxeuil ham stuffed with andouille or munster cheese
Local cheese platter, green salad
Dessert: home-made blueberry tart « la biroche de Mymy » or according to seasonality of produce
Ajolaise platter (cold platter) available for late arrivals or by special request.

You can also have breakfast outside, on the terrace overlooking the garden on the edge of the forest.
