After 12 years in the steel industry, Tristan fell in love with woodworking, especially the art of turning! He then took a woodworking course, and decided to set up his own workshop at the bottom of his garden. Today, he invites you to plunge into his world and explore its possibilities. Who knows, maybe this encounter will reveal your hidden talents?

Because yes, to transform a natural raw material into a finished object, a certain technical and artistic knowledge is required! How do you create an object from a tree segment? What tools do you need and what steps do you have to follow to get the perfect shape and texture? Tristan will share with you all the basics of woodturning during this initiation.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to make unique pieces from raw wood. And, of course, you’ll go home with the object you’ve chosen to make!
