Immerse yourself in a unique artistic workshop at Ryumon Ji Zen Monastery in Weiterswiller, an Alsatian village nestled near Strasbourg. For 3 hours, give way to intuition and freedom of expression in a natural, calm and inspiring environment. Here, you can explore painting and creation in a different way, without constraints or expectations.
The workshop begins with a series of sensory practices to awaken the senses and gently enter into the creative process: energy initiation, plant and flower picking, bouquet creation, and guided walks in the surrounding area. These times of exploration encourage connection with oneself and with nature, to nurture inspiration.
Three themes are proposed to explore different forms of expression: intuitive painting, artistic walks in the forest or 3D creation from recycled objects. Whichever you choose, you’ll be guided through the process of creating one or more works, alone or with others, depending on your mood. No technical skills are required: what counts is your desire to express, feel and create freely.
In a friendly, soothing atmosphere, each participant progresses at his or her own pace. The emphasis is on experience, expression and feeling. Whether you’re curious, a beginner or simply looking for a moment to yourself, this workshop is a veritable bubble of inspiration. Treat yourself to this timeless moment and reconnect with your natural creativity.
