
From Flames to Light: The Sound and Light of the Battle of Verdun
The famous Son & Lumière « From Flames to Light » returns to Verdun in 2022. Be prepared to be amazed by the largest sound and light show in Europe dedicated to the Great War. A unique event not to be missed under any circumstances.
Set up each year by the association Connaissance de la Meuse and thanks to the unfailing commitment of volunteers, the show illuminates the memory of the Great War. 60 scenes in 17 scenes are represented in 1 hour and 20 minutes for your pleasure. You will not want the show to end!
For this year 2022, the show proposes a new scenario, a visual and sound immersion in the heart of the fights with immense projections in relief on the whole scenic space. Thanks to new special effects, colossal technical means, immerse yourself in the heart of this unique period and discover scenes closer to reality.

NORMAL STAND

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Doors close at 10:00 p.m. for the public.
The show starts at dark.
Office hours during the show period
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (outside ticket office at 7:00 pm)

Grandstand
The grandstand is entirely equipped with shell seats. In the normal grandstand, the seats are numbered by rows. In the central grandstand, each seat is individually numbered.
Young people and children
The show is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
Reservation of children’s tickets, even free, is mandatory.

Association Connaissance de la Meuse
″ Connaissance de la Meuse ″, a cultural association, composed of a thousand volunteers, serving the animation and the development of the Meuse heritage.
To make known the Meuse, to contribute to the protection and the development of its heritage are the main guidelines of the association.
