Following the success of its anniversary edition, the Arlette Gruss circus returns to Colmar with an exclusive event: a top-of-the-range dinner show in a unique atmosphere. For this new edition, Michelin-starred chef Julien Binz, based in Ammerschwihr, has created a gourmet menu especially for the occasion.

The evening invites you to immerse yourself in a world of festivities and delights. Sit around the ring and enjoy a meal prepared by one of the region’s most renowned chefs, before marvelling at the poetic show put on by the Arlette Gruss circus.
For 40 years, this circus has combined artistic talent and innovation to offer unique performances, and this special edition promises to go even further.

Around the ring, enjoy a refined meal in a warm and elegant setting. Dinner includes a starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by bread, water, coffee or tea, and a wine or champagne pairing.
