Animal discovery hiking break

Specific equipment for each participant:

-A soft-framed rucksack (30 to 40 liters minimum) to carry your gear for the day (camera, picnic lunch, water bottle, food for the day, windproof jacket, sweater, waterproof clothing),

-A large plastic bag to protect the contents of your backpack,

– Appropriate clothing,

– A cotton T-shirt, shirt or polo shirt,- 1 Swiss Army knife + cutlery + cup,

– 1 Tupperware-type bowl with lid for picnics,

– 1 pair of telescopic poles – optional, but they help you balance and lighten your body weight on the way down, and provide extra thrust and rhythm on the way up,

– A windproof jacket,

– Loose-fitting light canvas walking pants,

– A pair of sunglasses,

– Protective cream for skin and lips,

– Small personal first-aid kit,

– Dried fruit, chocolates, cereal bars… ,

– Headlamp for night outings

– Your valid National Identity Card or Passport
