An unusual experience for two in Haute-Marne! The Domaine des Clairs Chênes offers you its VIP package for truffle hunting and truffle dinner for two. A unique forest adventure awaits you in the company of Orka and his master.

The Domaine des Clairs Chênes lies at the heart of a rich biodiversity, dominated by country flora. On 170 ha of farmland, it offers 2 ha of woodland planted with truffle trees, such as oaks, cedars, black pines and birches. Guided by Orka, a truffle dog, enter this unique estate at the gateway to the National Forest Park and go truffle hunting. In the company of experts, you'll learn all about truffle-hunting techniques. You'll also learn how to extract truffles from the ground using the appropriate tools.

After the truffle-hunting activity, Philippe and Isabelle invite you to their table to sample dishes specially dedicated to truffles. Your hosts will treat you to a generous meal concocted with your freshly picked cavage products, accompanied by a drink. But first, enjoy an aperitif of champagne and foie gras in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
