Maison Julien Chopin extends over several hectares on the southern slopes of Épernay. Carved out in the quiet village of Monthelon, its underground cellars are well worth a visit during a wine tour of the Marne. Almost 75 years old, they house a wide variety of champagnes and ratafias from the Champagne region. You’ll discover a range of traditional beverages, the result of family know-how handed down for generations.
