They are distinguished by the presence of the 3 emblematic grape varieties of Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, as well as the unique and precious Pinot Blanc. During this 2-hour hike, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Baroville’s history and geography, and discover the different local vine varieties. Your host will explain the steps involved in making champagne, the fruits of which will be revealed during a tasting session at the end of the walk.
