At the head of a 15-strong team, Michelin-starred Chef Paul STRADNER serves creative, refined and colorful cuisine.

When it comes to the wine list, you’ll be spoilt for choice, as Villa René Lalique boasts one of the finest cellars in Europe. With over 60,000 bottles, it is managed by Head Sommelier Romain ILTIS – Best Sommelier of France 2012 and Best Worker of France 2015 – who will be delighted to advise you.

As for dessert, it too promises to live up to the establishment’s reputation, with creations by Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel with his creative and innovative vision of pastry inspired by both French tradition and modern influences.

The decor of the premises will not leave you indifferent. Resolutely chic and designer, the restaurant itself invites you to experience a truly unique moment. The building, designed by renowned Swiss architect Mario Botta, takes the form of a glass rectangle, supported by columns of Vosges red sandstone.

It is set in a sumptuous 6-hectare estate, which you will have the pleasure of admiring during your meal.
